Who can use this site to buy insurance?

Unless otherwise indicated, our products and services are only available to UK residents who access this website from within the UK.
If you use this website to apply for insurance, you confirm that you are over eighteen years old (seventeen years old for car insurance) and are not impersonating another person.

We aim to offer very competitive insurance but not everybody will be eligible to take out some of our insurance products. We reserve the right to refuse to offer you a firm quote if you are not eligible for this insurance product.

What type of law applies?

This site and these conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from this site shall be resolved by the English courts, unless you can show you accessed the site from Scotland in which case the Scottish courts may be used.

Who owns the material on this site and how can it be used?

Home Emergency insurance is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc.

Our Personal Home Plan insurance is underwritten by our related company, Lloyds TSB General Insurance Limited (Registered in England No. 204373. Registered Office - 25 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7HN.).

Lloyds TSB Travel Insurance is underwritten and administered by AXA Insurance UK plc, registered in England No. 78950, Registered office: 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AD.

Our Car insurance is underwritten by Churchill Insurance Company Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Conditions apply. There is important information regarding the data you supply to your insurer available to you. Our motor legal helpline is provided by Churchill Insurance Company Limited. Car breakdown insurance is provided by Green Flag Limited and underwritten by UK Insurance Limited.

Lloyds TSB Caravan Insurance is provided by Towergate Bakers Registered Office: The Quadrangle, Imperial Square, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 1PZ.

Lloyds TSB Essential Business Insurance is provided in association with AXA Insurance. General insurance advice is provided by Lloyds TSB Insurance Services Limited.
